Exploring the gender gap in the labor market: a sex-disaggregated view

We develop a simple mathematical model describing the dynamics of gender gap in labor market niche and study effects bias, size, dynamism evolution system. A high-level characterization system is suggested by studying large sample parameter space, specific cases interest to policy-making are explored. This paper aims present that serves as tool examine implications policy decisions explore some these shed light on future intended address gap.
